Discover practical, body-based tools to help you feel more grounded, steady, and resilient. This experiential group focuses on building awareness and regulation skills for your nervous system, so you can respond to stress with greater ease and confidence in daily life.

THROUGH GUIDED PRACTICES, BREIF EDUCATION AND OPTIONAL REFLECTION YOU’LL:

  • Learn to notice & track bodily sensations

  • Practice skills to settle activation & increase regulation

  • Build internal resources for resilience

  • Integrate somatic tools into everyday life
